Day 1: Everything you wanted to know about the world's bestselling love story of all time is available on this tour. We'll visit stately plantation homes, learn history from costumed guides and take you back to the Civil War era. Our day's journey finds us in Charlotte, NC where we enjoy a tasty dinner to conclude our travel day. (D)
Gone with the WindDay 2: We continue to Atlanta where we visit the Oaks Plantation, located in Jonesboro, GA. This 1839 planter's home, complete with white columns, is a must-see for "Gone with the Wind" fans. The tour will be given by guides wearing authentic costumes. A fantastic dinner at the mansion concludes our visit there. (D)
Day 3: Our day features a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the true stories behind "Gone with the Wind." We will visit the Road to Tara Museum. Here original props, costume reproductions and extensive photo gallery offer a glimpse into both the writing of the book and the making of the movie. It is the world's largest exhibit on "Gone with the Wind." This afternoon we visit the Atlanta Cyclorama, where we step back to the year 1864 and view the world's largest painting on the Civil War. Our next stop is the Margaret Mitchell House, located on the site where Margaret Mitchell actually wrote the famous novel. Our day concludes with dinner at the Ashley Oaks Mansion, known for being built with over one million handmade bricks. (D)
Day 4: We begin our day with a visit to Atlanta and the World of Coca-Cola, an interesting look at over 100 years of Coca-Cola memorabilia and history. We also visit CNN Studios and have lunch on your own at Underground Atlanta before traveling north to Gastonia, NC.
Day 5: Our "Gone with the Wind" tour concludes today as we travel back home to Pennsylvania. We arrive home early evening.Atlanta Cyclorama
Grand Ole OpryDay 1: Travel in luxury aboard your Conestoga Tours motorcoach as we journey to Morristown, TN.
Day 2: We travel to Tunica, MS, home to one of our country's newest and exciting gaming centers. We spend the evening at the fabulous Gold Strike Casino. Upon arrival enjoy a buffet dinner; the evening is free to enjoy the casino excitement. (D) 
Day 3: The morning is free to enjoy the casino before we depart for Memphis, the home of the blues and Elvis Presley. This afternoon we tour Graceland, Presley's famous estate, for a first-hand look into Elvis' personal life. We enjoy a delicious dinner at a popular Memphis restaurant. Day 4: We continue to Nashville, Music City USA. Upon arrival, we tour the world-famous Opryland Hotel and have a luncheon at the popular Rachel's restaurant. We also tour the Country Music Hall of Fame before attending the Grand Ole Opry Show. (L)
Day 5: We tour Nashville with a local guide before relaxing on a luncheon cruise on the General Jackson Riverboat, complete with entertainment and fabulous food. We begin our journey home this evening, stopping in Johnson City. (L)
Day 6: We depart for home with many memories of our exciting tour. We return home late afternoon.
