The Grand CanyonDay 1: Join Conestoga Tours as we explore the spectacular Southern Utah National Parks, including the Grand Canyon. We begin our great western journey aboard your deluxe Conestoga Tours motorcoach as we travel to Indiana.
Day 2: We continue, arriving in St. Louis, the gateway city to the west. The afternoon will be free to explore Union Station before relaxing aboard an evening riverboat dinner cruise. (D) 
Day 3: If you are not familiar with Branson, MO, you will be after today. We arrive in time to attend an afternoon matinee at one of Branson's popular shows. Following dinner, we attend a second show in Branson. A great day of entertainment! (D) 
Day 4: A day of travel takes us from Branson to Amarillo, TX. 
Day 5: We continue across the west, traveling through Texas to Flagstaff AZ. Tonight you will be our guests for dinner. (D) 
Day 6: We travel to exciting Las Vegas for an exciting twonight stay. The entertainment options are endless and the newest casino resorts have to be seen to be believed. The afternoon and evening are on your won.
Zion CanyonDay 7: This morning we tour Hoover Dam, one of the world's great engineering feats. The afternoon will be free in Las Vegas. 
Day 8: Today, we're off to see Utah's oldest and most famous national park, Zion National Park. We will have the opportunity to explore Zion Canyon, then arrive at Utah Trails Village of Many Nations Culture Center, located just outside Zion's east entrance. Many native cultures are represented there with the opportunity to learn about their history, lifestyle, beliefs, food, music, art and crafts. Depart Zion and travel to nearby Bryce Canyon National Park for sightseeing. Overnight just outside of the park. (D)
Day 9: This morning we will be traveling through Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Stop in the town of Boulder for touring of Anasazi State Park with its ancient Indian ruins. Next, travel to Dead Horse Point State Park, where we will see the expanse of Canyonlands National Park stretching to the south 2,000 feet below. We are on our way to Moab for overnight. This evening join the group for a delicious BBQ dinner served on the banks of the Colorado River. Then we board a jet boat for a sunset ride through spectacular Red Rock Canyon. As we return, enjoy the amazing night sky along with a light and music presentation known as Canyonlands by Night. Overnight in Moab. (D)


Day 10: This morning we tour Arches National Park, including Park Avenue, Balance Rock, the Windows and Delicate Arch. Return to Moab with some free time to shop and have lunch on your own. The Anasazi Indians will come alive today as we learn of their history and discover their artifacts at the Edge of the Cedars Museum. We spend the evening in Monument Valley.
Day 11: This morning meet our Navajo guide and board a 4-wheel drive vehicle for a scenic tour of Monument Valley, location for scores of famous western films. After time to view the monoliths up close and personal, we'll continue on to beautiful Lake Powell. After lunch, set out on a scenic cruise to explore Lake Powell's fascinating geology. After the cruise, depart to see "One of the Wonders of the World", Grand Canyon National Park. After time to visit many of the scenic points, check into our hotel just outside the park. Dinner is included this evening. (D)
Day 12: We travel from the Grand Canyon area to Durango, visiting Mesa Verde National Park. Learn about the remarkable culture of the Anasazi Indians, "The Ancient Ones". Dinner is included tonight. (D)
Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad...All Aboard!!Day 13: This morning ride the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, one of the last such railroads operating in the United States. Relive history with the sights and sounds of yesteryear for a truly spectacular journey aboard a coal-fired, steam-powered locomotive. The railroad winds through spectacular canyons in the remote wilderness of the San Juan National Forest.
Day 14: We begin our return trip east, traveling from Colorado to Texas.
Day 15: Our day's travels find us ending in Little Rock, AR. 
Day 16: We continue east to Memphis and tour the mansion home of Elvis Presley, Graceland. We continue on to Nashville and relax aboard the General Jackson Riverboat, complete with dinner and entertainment. (D)
Day 17: Breakfast is included at the world-famous Opryland Hotel and you will be given free time to explore this facility. We then enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Nashville that will introduce us to the many famous landmarks. We continue east this afternoon and our final stop in eastern Tennessee. A final farewell dinner allows everyone to exchange tales of our western journey. (B, D)
Day 18: Bid farewell to your travel companions as we return home late afternoon.
