Day 1: We begin our journey aboard our deluxe Conestoga Tours motorcoach to the sunny shores of Cape Cod. Known for its spectacular beaches and breathtaking sunsets, Cape Cod will offer you much to see and do during your trip. Today finds us traveling to South Yarmouth and our home for the next four nights, at the All Season Inn. Tonight you will be our guests for a delicious Cape Cod dinner. (D)
Day 2: Explore the length of Cape Cod to Provincetown, traveling down Old King's Highway past cranberry bogs, golden salt marshes and panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay. Arrive in Provincetown in time for lunch on your own before an afternoon whale watch cruise, as you watch in amazement the world's largest creatures cavort before your eyes. We return in time to enjoy another fine dinner. (B, D)
Day 3: We visit historic Boston today, where we embark on a city tour. We will view the famous landmarks that make Boston one of our nation's
most historic cities. Lunch will be on your own at Quincy Marketplace, bustling with a variety of shops and restaurants. We spend the afternoon at the Kennedy Library, where we recount the "Days of Camelot:" Another special New England dinner is included tonight. (B, D)
Day 4: Begin the day with a short morning cruise to the "Storybook Island," Martha's Vineyard. You will see gingerbread cottages at Oak Bluffs and the stately sea captains' homes in the charming village of Edgartown. Your visit to the island is complemented by an island bus tour, and there is ample time for lunch and shopping before returning to the mainland, Cape Cod. A lobster dinner is included this evening, giving you a chance to savor the local cuisine. (B, D)
Day 5: We depart Cape Cod this morning following an included breakfast and drive to Newport, summer home to America's rich and famous during the gilded age. Upon arrival, travel the Ten Mile Drive for a look at the magnificent mansions before arriving at the Breakers, Newport's largest mansion, for a tour. We continue home, arriving around 9:00 P.M. (B)

Day 1: Our adventure begins as we travel west across the beautiful mountains of Pennsylvania into the Mountain State of West Virginia and our destination for tonight at the Blennerhassett Hotel, located in the town of Parkersburg. Built in 1889 when Parkersburg was a major oil-refining center, it was a grand showpiece as well as a hub for business dealings. Fully restored in 1986, the antique-filled hotel is still a grand showpiece and captures the atmosphere of the gaslight era, but with modern conveniences, and it's registered as a national historic landmark. After checking into our splendid accommodations, we savor dinner at the Blennerhassett Hotel. (D)
Day 2: Following breakfast, we will visit the Blennerhassett Museum containing three floors of intriguing archaeological and historical exhibits. Don't miss the "Story of the Blennerhassetts," presented in the museum's theatre! Next, we will board a riverboat, anticipating the highlight of the tour, our trip to Blennerhassett Island. Harmon Blennerhassett, a wealthy man, arrived from Ireland in 1796 with his lovely young bride and created for her this earthly paradise. The exquisite mansion on the island was so beautiful, many felt it rivaled Jefferson's Monticello. Lunch will be on your own and we'll have some free time to explore the little island and discover the romance, the mystery and a shocking plot planned on the island that threatened the creation of a separate empire in America. This afternoon we will cross the Ohio River to Belpre, OH, where we will find hidden behind a beautiful gingerbread facade of a larger-than-life dollhouse, the Lee Middleton Doll Company. Lee Middleton, an artist and mother, began making dolls at her kitchen table less than 12 years ago and today we have the opportunity to see the dolls being made. Later we will visit the world-renowned Fenton Glass Company. During our visit we will witness molten glass being hand-crafted into sparkling, world-famous Fenton Glass. We return to Parkersburg and enjoy another dinner at our hotel. (B, D)
Day 3: Day Three is a fascinating change of pace. We travel into the mountains of West Virginia, where we enjoy a train ride and picnic lunch on the New Tygart Flyer. The Flyer takes you to the high falls of the Cheat River for photos and a visit with nature. We visit the craft shops of Elkins, WV before enjoying dinner and a marvelous music show. The American Mountain Theatre presents the freshest sounds in the mountains with a musical variety that you will love. (B, L, D)
Day 4: We begin our trip home, stopping enroute for an informative tour at the National Radio Observatory. We return home late afternoon.
