Boston Pops 4th of July

Day 1: Celebrate Independence Day in a special way as we journey to historic Boston, the birthplace of American freedom. Sit back and relax as you travel on your deluxe Conestoga Tours motorcoach, arriving in Boston late afternoon. A get-acquainted dinner is included tonight at one of Boston's fine restaurants. We stay two nights in downtown Boston at the Holiday Inn. (D)
Day 2: You will tour the exciting city of Boston, first experiencing a ride along the famous Freedom Trail. Visit the Old North Church, and pause for a photo stop at the U.S.S. Constitution. Lunch today will be at Quincy Market, Boston's restored marketplace, full of a variety of shops and eateries. This afternoon you will travel to the Esplanade for an evening performance by the Boston Pops Orchestra, to be followed by famous fireworks extravaganza set off in the Charles River. A box picnic dinner is included. This is a free public concert with large crowds. No reserved seating is available. (D) Boston Pops 4th of July
Day 3: Our morning begins with a visit to the fascinating JFK Library, where exhibits recall the Kennedy presidency. Later, you will depart for home, taking with you some of Boston's best memories. We return home around 10:00 P.M.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Montreal, Quebec City & Boston

Day 1: Join Conestoga Tours for a delightful tour of two of Canada's most exciting cities. We journey north to Montreal, where we will get a taste of foreign flair as we enjoy a blend of French and English cultures in this "city with a difference." Tonight we enjoy a dinner at a popular local restaurant. (D) 
Day 2: Today we relax and enjoy a guided tour of Montreal, where we will see the best of the old and new. Included in the tour will be a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral. After lunch on your own in Dominion Square, we will depart for Quebec City for two nights. Tonight, be our guests for a special dinner in Quebec City. (D)
Day 3: This morning we observe the Changing of the Guards at the Citadel and experience the French charm and atmosphere as we tour Quebec City, capital of the provinces of Quebec. This city is divided into two parts: Upper Town, built entirely on a cliff, and Lower Town. A highlight of the tour will be lunch at the world-famous
Chateau Frontenac. The remainder of the day and evening will be free to explore Quebec City or visit Montmorency Falls. (L) 
Montreal, Quebec City & Boston
Day 4: We bid farewell to Quebec City enroute to the historic city of Boston. Tonight you will be our guests for dinner at a popular local restaurant. (D)
Day 5: We depart Boston today, but first we tour Boston aboard a "Duck:" Travel on both water and land and view all the famous landmarks. Free time will be given at Quincy Market before we depart Boston. We return home in the evening.
