Day 1: We travel through spectacular scenery on our way to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where we enjoy a four day getaway featuring famous train lines of New Hampshire. We arrive in time to board the Hobo Dinner Train, where we travel along the Pemigewasset River. We will be served a full turkey dinner. (D)
Day 2: After breakfast, we travel through Franconia Notch, stopping at the Basin area with its cascades and waterfalls. This afternoon we board the Cog Railway as we climb to the summit of New England's highest mountain. We return to the base station before relaxing over dinner. (B, D)
Day 3: Following breakfast, another day of touring awaits as we ride the Conway Scenic Railroad for a lovely excursion through Crawford Notch. A box lunch is included. We conclude our day of touring with a drive along the Kancamangus Byway, stopping for photos at scenic overlooks. Another dinner concludes our fantastic day. (B, L, D)
Day 4: We depart for home with fond memories of our mountain getaway. (B)

Day 1: Discover the splendor of Vermont while enjoying the best of Austria. Herrmann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions, world- famous for their equestrian ballet, reside each summer in the scenic Champlain Islands of Vermont. You'll be amazed as these elegant white beauties dance magically. Today we arrive in Vermont for our three-night stay. Dinner at a charming local restaurant is included this evening, (D)
Day 2: Today we visit the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, where you will sample their delicious apple cider and learn about its production. Today's highlight will be lunch at the famous Trapp Family Lodge. You will also have time to explore the grounds at Trapp Lodge before we continue to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory for a guided tour and tasting. Tonight will be dinner on your own. (L)
Day 3: We travel to the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory for
a guided tour to learn how these cozy creatures are made. Next, you will enjoy some free time in the historic Church Street Marketplace, home of over 160 shops and restaurants. We enjoy an early dinner as we travel to the Lake Champlain Islands, where we view the Royal Lipizzan Stallion Show. You will have time prior to the show to view the stallions before they perform. We return to our hotel in the evening. (D)
Day 4: We depart for home with many special memories of Vermont and the Lipizzan Stallions.
