PAYMENT DEADLINES
Multi-Day Tours ? Final payment is due at the Conestoga Tours office 4 weeks prior to departure on all multi-day tours. A deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of the booking.

One-Day Tours ? Payment is due at the time of the booking.   

PLEASE NOTE? Conestoga Tours does not bill you for any of the tours. We will send you a confirmation once money has been received. All checks should be made payable to Conestoga Tours. Please indicate on your check for which tour trip you are paying.

REFUNDS
Multi-Day Tours ? A full refund will be given 30 days prior to departure date. Any cancellation made within 30 days will be subject to a $50.00/person per day cancellation fee plus any non-refundable expense. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.  We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

One-Day Tours ? A full refund will be given 14 days prior to tour departure. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to departure will be subject to a $35.00/person cancellation fee. In addition, money for reserved seat tickers or any other admission that has been paid by Conestoga Tours will be refunded only if the ticket is resold. No refunds will be given to people who fail to show up the day of the tour.  Any customer who cancels any type of tour after Conestoga Tours business hours for a tour the next day will be treated as if canceling the day of the tour.  SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Certain one-day tours such as Broadway shows and dinner theatres, etc., may involve non-refundable payment. Ask your reservationists if you have any questions regarding the trip you are taking.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Is available through Access America, Call our office for details and we will be happy to send you an insurance brochure.

BAGGAGE
Each tour member is entitled to one piece of luggage plus a carry-on bag on multi-day tours. Extra luggage can be accommodated at a rate of $4.00 per piece per day. Even though every effort is made to supervise the careful handling of luggage throughout the tour, Conestoga Tours will not assume liability for loss or damage due to breakage, theft, hotel or carrier handling, fair wear and Tear, etc.

SEATING ON MOTORCOACH
On one-day tours, seating priority is based on order of payment. On multi-day tours, seats will be rotated according to company policy. If there are under 30 passengers on multi-day tours, seats may not be rotated.

SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON MOTORCOACH
Smoking or drinking of alcohol is prohibited while aboard the motorcoach of any Conestoga Tours.

IMMIGRATION
U.S. citizens who travel to where a valid passport is not required will need documentary evidence of their U.S. citizenship and identity. Proof of U.S. citizenship includes an expired passport, a certified (original) birth certificate. Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship, or Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States. To prove identity, a valid driver?s license or government identification card are acceptable, provided they identify you by physical description or photograph.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conestoga Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if less than 20 reservations have been made 10 days prior to departure date.

DIRECTIONS TO CONESTOGA TOURS OFFICE

From Harrisburg: Take 283 East to the Manheim Pike Exit. Make a left at the bottom of the ramp onto Route 72 North. Turn left at the first light, just past the Saturn Car dealership, onto Commerce Drive. The Conestoga Tours office is a short distance on the left side of the street.

From York: Take Route 30 East. Get off at the Route 72 North -Manheim Pike Exit right after the Park City exit (Harrisburg Pike). Turn left (north) on Route 72. Upon approaching Rt. 283, get into the left lane. At the second traffic light after Rt. 283, turn left onto Commerce Drive. Conestoga Tours Office is a short distance on the left side of the street.

From Reading and North: Take Route 222 South to 30 West. Take 283 West to Harrisburg (not 30 West to York). Travel until the first exit, Rt. 72 North - Manheim Pike Exit. Turn right on Route 72. Get into the left lane immediately. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Commerce Drive. Conestoga Tours Office is a short distance on the left side of the street.

From Coatesville and East: Take 30 West to 283 West Harrisburg (not 30 West to York), Travel until the first exit, Rt. 72 North - Manheim Pike Exit. Turn right on Route 72. Get into the left lane immediately. At the first traffic light turn left onto Commerce Drive. Conestoga Tours Office is a short distance on the left side of the street.
